Rental terms
How it works — full transparency.
A seasonal rental agreement is drawn up between the landlord and the tenant for each booking. This contract specifies the dates of the stay, the rental amount, the number of occupants and the practical details.
Booking
To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit of the total amount will be requested (by cheque or bank transfer). The balance is due on arrival, on the day of key handover.
Security deposit
Two deposit cheques (not cashed) will be requested on arrival: €450 (security deposit) and €50 (cleaning fee). They are returned after the check-out inspection, unless a justified deduction is made.
Check-in and check-out
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, year-round. Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM. An inventory is carried out at check-in and check-out.
Parking
Each apartment has its own private parking space, located in a secure inner courtyard. We recommend using it: street parking is paid, and on market days, illegally parked vehicles may be towed.
Care of the property and cleaning
The apartments are cleaned before each arrival. We ask tenants to return the property in a reasonably clean condition upon departure: dishes done, bins taken out, appliances cleaned.
If cleaning is insufficient, a €50 cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
Insurance
Our apartments are covered by a non-occupant owner insurance policy (PNO).
However, it is recommended that the tenant has holiday rental insurance, often already included in home insurance policies. It covers potential damage to the rented property during the stay. Please check with your insurer that this coverage is active and covers your stay.
If you do not have this coverage, you can take out specific temporary insurance for the duration of the stay.
